Order Cancellations

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation windows are designed to accommodate swift fulfillment while allowing minimal disruption.

  • Standard Stock Items: Orders for non-customized items can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our facility.
  • Custom-Printed Orders: Cancellations for bespoke or custom-printed orders are only accepted before the final digital proof is approved. Once proof approval is received and the order enters production, cancellations are strictly prohibited.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for standard stock items under specific conditions to maintain our high quality and hygiene standards.

  • Requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
  • A restocking fee of 15% applies to all non-defective returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Important Notice Regarding Bespoke Items

Due to the unique nature of custom-printed packaging and bespoke sizing, these items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless deemed defective upon arrival.

We highly recommend ordering sample kits or reviewing digital proofs thoroughly before committing to large-volume custom runs.

Damaged or Defective Goods

We pride ourselves on the structural integrity of our products. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains manufacturing defects, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery via our Support Portal.
  2. Include clear photographic evidence of both the defective product and the shipping carton.
  3. Retain all items and packaging until instructed otherwise by our claims team.

Approved claims will be resolved via a full replacement or refund at our discretion, covering all associated shipping costs.

Refund Process

Once a return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment.
  • Processing typically takes 5-7 business days from the date of return approval.
  • Banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
